ASTACAP Registration Fall 2025

  • We are pleased to invite your students to participate in-person for ASTACAP evaluations this fall on Sunday, November 16, 2025.

  • Complete online registration by Oct 5, 2025: Fall 2025 Teacher Registration Form

  • ​Collect fees from your students and mail payment to coordinator, postmarked by Oct 5, 2025.

    Please check that your students have completed the repertoire information for the appropriate level.

    Student Registration Info

  • Complete Online Registration by Oct 5, 2025:  Fall 2025 Student Registration Form

  • Give your teacher payment in time for them to mail it before Oct 5, 2025.​

  • In-person evaluations will take place on Sunday, Nov 16, 2025 from 9am - 5pm.

  • Fees

    • Level F-3 $45

    • Level 4-7 $50

    • Level 8-10 $60
