ASTACAP Registration Fall 2025

  • We are pleased to invite your students to participate in-person for ASTACAP evaluations this fall on Saturday April 11 and Sunday, April 12 , 2026.

  • Complete online registration by Feb 23, 2026: Spring 2026 Teacher Registration Form

  • ​Collect fees from your students and mail payment to coordinator, postmarked by Feb 23, 2026.

    Please check that your students have completed the repertoire information for the appropriate level.

  • Complete Online Registration by Feb 23, 2026:  Spring 2026 Student Registration Form

  • Give your teacher payment in time for them to mail it before Feb 23, 2026.

  • In-person evaluations will take place on Saturday April 11 and Sunday, April 12 , 2026 from 9am - 6pm.

  • Fees

    • Level F-3 $45

    • Level 4-7 $50

    • Level 8-10 $60
