ASTACAP Registration Spring 2025

  • We are pleased to invite your students to participate in-person for ASTACAP evaluations this fall on Saturday, April 12 and Sunday, April 13, 2025.

  • ​Collect fees from your students and mail payment to coordinator, postmarked by Feb 18, 2025.

    Please check that your students have completed the repertoire information for the appropriate level.

  • Complete Online Registration by Feb 18, 2025:  Spring 2025 Student Registration Form

  • Give your teacher payment in time for them to mail it before Feb 18, 2025.​

  • In-person evaluations will take place on Saturday, April 12 and Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 9am - 5pm.

  • Fees

    • Level F-3 $45

    • Level 4-7 $50

    • Level 8-10 $60
